Custom House Sketches

The Design Process: After receiving an image of a building with the desired material (graphite or black ink) and the desired size, I’ll respond with an estimate of the sketch. From there I will draw the picture, completely free-hand with all the same properties unless the customer requests something to be specifically left out. The house is typically drawn in the most detail possible however surrounding environment (trees/bushes) will be in some form of abstraction.

Price: The starting price is $225 for an 8x11 sketch of a residential home and will increase depending on the size and detail of the building. The base price does not include shipping fees. 

Includes: The sketch and a standard black frame 

How long? This entire process can take 3 - 4 weeks unless communicated otherwise.
